Today our waterways have a new role providing leisure and relaxation.

With our narrow boat William we’re able to offer you the opportunity to take part in a voyage of discovery. What we’re offering is an affordable, back to basics holiday, camping afloat on board our special and unique vintage canal boat. At one time there were a number of boats like this but during the 1990’s they became less popular as the nation developed an appetite for cheap overseas travel. Nowadays as people are becoming more responsible with the choices that they make and the impact of the current economic climate, camping holidays and holidaying at home and an appreciation of Britain and everything it has to offer, is flourishing.

Cruise aboard our historic 1930's narrowboat

After our 1930’s historic vessel William finished transporting goods it spent over 50 years taking groups on inland waterway adventure holidays.

We have now taken over and, based on many years’ experience in the canal holiday industry, we have made a number of improvements to the boat .

We are once again making it available for groups of up to 8: families, friends, work colleagues, team building, corporate adventure trips, students, reunions etc for day trips, weekend trips.
